5 years ago, I had a match against this kid and won round 1 and lasted 3 rounds. I checked out his boxrec this morning and none of his "Professional" opponents have seen the end of round 2 against this heavy handed puncher/future contender. Half of them didn't get past the 45 second mark. That means there are pro boxers out there who obviously can't hold my jock. Maybe I should get back in shape and go pro, or maybe I should just bump this everytime he scores an early KO for my haters and sit on my impressive feat. Keep an eye out.

laugh.gif At the second opponent in this video. It's amazing what they allow to be licensed.

It's also possible I turned into a loser who posts at BPL in the past 5 years. The influence of the "people" at this site ruined my potential. Look at these 17 seconds of devastation.

They will license just about anyone. Only Nevada has strict rules. That guy was way too small.

And then you started hanging out with these losers? No wonder you abuse your kid and watch kiddie porn.

Sparring<>Actual Fighting, in most cases. You've got headgear on, and often you're just trying to work out some particular skill or set of skills. Usually folks aren't trying to kill each other, because an injury is counterproductive. Doesn't mean knockdowns or injuries don't happen, though.

Good on expert for sparring pros, though.

I would be undersized now. I'm 175 without dropping weight. Think I would go down in the first 2 rounds.

But you would do better than those scrubs he is fighting. Maybe you would actually stick a jab in his face and not let him tee off with power shots all crazy.

Why do you think I wanted you to record the video and post it?

With amateur rules, headgear and all? Impressive, but still not the same as a pro fight. He went on to keep fighting, eventually turning pro, and you didn't. He'd probably turd you up in 2 rounds, now.

If I had months to get in good shape, since a body shot from a mediocre amatuer would probably hurt me now, I could probably move and stick some jabs in his face without being a sitting duck until about round 2 when I get hurt and he follows up with combos. Heck, I can't do any worse than that second guy. He just fought terrified and tried to quit before he got hit while throwing slop. Looks like they picked him out of the crowd.

Yeah that guy was picked from the crowd. He took a nasty body shot though.
