From what I hear, Wlad's already reserving another date for a fight in December. I'd be happy if any belt-holder decided to fight 3-4 times a year, and hope he fights 4x next year. The best thing he can do for his career is take on a half dozen top 5-10 guys in a row, and get them out of there in 3-6 rounds each. And if he fought 4 times a year, at least 2 of them ill probably be no hopers. But 4 fights a year, I'd take any way I could get it. Tyson fought 3 times a year as HW champ in both 87 and 88. That's not asking a lot, I don't think. |

Easy win for Wladimir, it will be nothing like the first fight. Sam Peter sucks He got back into the title picture by fighting a combined 69-39 level opposition. He has slow hands, overrated power, terrible footwork, can't go to the body, can't throw combinations, can't clinch effectively, and basically is a total shit head. His two best wins were a razor thin victory over a fat, 40 year old middleweight, and a slightly more convincing victory over the same old middleweight, failing to hurt him in either contest. |

If Peter shows up around 240~, it could be very interesting. Peter knows he can hurt Wlad, he's done it before. Wlad knows Peter can fuck his shit up, he'll be extra cautious (ugh). That extra caution may translate into fewer punches thrown, which could translate into Peter having some success. I guess we'll see.

Maybe so, but if there's going to be a time for this turd to shine, its now. He knows he can beat Wlad. If you can drop a guy that much, you can beat him. He also knows this is the last shot. If he comes out flat and disinterested, he's fucking done. I can't believe I'm defending a Bitschko, but I like this fight. I agree. I'm looking forward to it. I just hope its not going to be at 3PM or some shit, on the internet. Just heard ln FNF last night that it'll be carried on ESPN live internet feed. Seriously? Multi-belt holder heavyweight champion rematching one of his toughest fights, and it's on some bullshit internet feed? |

But I never thought that Wlad was in trouble, never thought that Peeturd had him hurt, and Peeturd lost every second of the fight except for those three milliseconds. |

And they were typical Wlad knockdowns, where he appears to trip over his own big ole clown feet. |

My favorite Wlad "knockdown" was when he fell over in the Brewsturd fight, and Robert Byrd tried to carry him back to his corner. When Byrd realized that he was going to give himself a coronary and a hernia, he just gave up and stopped the fight. |
